Would you like to be part of creating the infrastructure for mobile payments and mobile services in the Nordics? We are a new department within Nets that is working across the markets and with a corporate responsibility to implement Nets’ mobile strategy. We want to enable the strongest digital ecosystem and technologies for our customers, thereby making the Nordics the industry benchmark for mobile payments. Nets will support seamless customer experiences, building on a stable secure infrastructure, by leveraging established relations, connectivity and infrastructure. The Product management team within Mobile Service is responsible for developing new products and services, hence make our strategy materialise. We are responsible for identifying and concretise new ideas, define user and business requirements, select potential partners, support sales in initial customer dialogues and estimate and support IT in the pre-analysis phase of developing new products and services. We work in close collaboration with Strategy, other business units, sales, customer delivery and IT. Furthermore, top-management and our owners follow and support us closely, since this area is of top priority in Nets. The activities and customers keep on growing and therefore we are looking to expand the Product management team with a business/technical minded person. Key reponsibilities and tasks •Responsible of defining business requirements as part of product development of new services or new functionality of existing services in alignment with the rest of product management team, business architects, enterprise architects and IT •Analyse market and competitors to identify user and customer pains and needs that can be translated into new products and services. •Deliver input to Mobile Services product roadmap and development •Define vision and functionality roadmap of the products and services •Support sales in defining customer solutions based on Mobile Services •Support IT in solution design •Ensure standard business requirements are being followed by customer projects •Support Customer Delivery in the initial dialogue and on-boarding of new customers •Ensure requirements/hand over of business requirements to IT Delivery Preferred background and qualifications •Technical understanding of card payment infrastructure especially the issuing side •Insight in mobile payments and mobile services •Experience in product development •Analytical and requirement skills •Strong English skills both oral and written Preferred personal qualities •Responsible and result oriented •Structured and organized •Service minded and good networking skills •Proactive and self-driven •Good communication skills to talk to both business and IT people •Ability to adapt and react to change We can offer you •Competitive salary, pension and insurance schemes •Challenging tasks that contributes to both professional and personal growth and development •The opportunity to be part of a company recognised by growth, innovation and development •A thriving environment characterised by team play and informality •A variety of activities within sports, culture, and within the social arena Region: Region Hovedstaden Job type: Permanent Working hours: Full-time Working days: Day Application deadline: 15/12/2015 Expected Start Date: Per Agreement Location: Ballerup Contacts: Cecilie Lindahl Mobile: +45 29487767 Home page: http://www.nets.eu
