Would you like to be a key contributor to the organisational development of DONG Energy IT? Join us and become HR business partner in the People & Development team supporting Customers and Markets and IT. Our department is responsible for HR business partnering and recruitment. We are organised in a partner structure to support the business in achieving an ambitious 2020 strategy, and we work closely together with the business, HR Group functions and HR colleagues in DONG Energy's three other business areas. The department is supporting Customers & Markets and IT, which has 2,200 employees. In the IT organization, we focus our efforts on supporting the entire business and ensuring that the company works as a professional, reliable and responsible company. You will be based at our office in Gentofte in the Greater Copenhagen area. However, you should expect some travelling in relation to your work. Areas of responsibility Execution of DONG Energy’s IT ambition requires a strong HR business partner supporting development of culture, leadership, organisational structures, competency frameworks, and organisational well-being. As HR business partner, you design and execute people processes, supporting strategy execution. You work closely with senior management in your partner area to develop an HR business plan, ensuring that colleagues and the organisation can deliver on future targets. Together with your HR partner colleagues, you deliver on organisation-wide people processes and projects. Moreover, you support HR cooperation across countries. Furthermore, your key duties will be to: •Design and drive strategic people processes agreed for IT •Provide sparring and coaching for IT leaders and managers •Drive annual people processes •Ensure talent and leadership development •Contribute towards development and implementation of HR tools and processes - across Customers & Markets and IT and across DONG Energy. Your profile You have a master's degree and extensive experience working as a HR partner in close cooperation with the business. Driving people processes as a key contributor towards business success is your passion. Moreover, you have a clear customer orientation, helping the business to focus on end customers in all processes. You have a clear understanding of performance management processes and HR processes in general combined with solid implementation experience. You are proficient in both oral and written English. Experience from an international company is an advantage. You are also a skilled communicator - both in terms of stakeholder management and structured internal communication. You have experience in design and delivery of training as well as experience with facilitation. As a person, you are a strong team player, a skilled relationship builder and highly results-oriented.
