TORM is looking for an ambitious colleague to our Group Treasury team. The right candidate will enjoy a role with significant cross-functional involvement and will have a great opportunity to work in an international environment in a publicly listed company. The Challenge You will be contributing to building a strong and agile platform for TORM’s treasury activities. We are a small and dedicated team and you will quickly be responsible for key activities. We need a structured person that can deliver on short deadlines while at the same time driving development projects forward. The Job As a colleague in Group Treasury you will work closely with other staff functions as well as the technical and commercial divisions both in Denmark and in TORM’s foreign offices. The tasks include: •Global cash management and financial risk management •TORM’s internal credit assessment of counterparts •Improve and document compliance controls •Debt management and capital structure •Execution of financial transactions, hedge instruments, FX trades etc. •Reporting to Management including Enterprise Risk Management reporting Your Background You have at least 2-3 years of experience from a treasury function or you have worked with related tasks as a consultant or in a bank. •As a minimum you have a master’s degree and good accounting understanding •You are analytical and work in a structured manner – perhaps a certified project manager •You master communication and relations as a discipline •You are motivated by treasury tasks, are able to initiate your own work and have a good drive •It will be an advantage if you have experience with treasury systems We Offer You will have influence on TORM’s future development and you will become part of a dynamic environment.
