We are seeking a Project Assistant with strong interpersonal skills and a structured approach to join our 3MW platform team. Vestas Technology & Service Solutions/Platform Management Vestas Technology & Service Solutions is where new product ideas or technologies are matured, developed, tested and improved. Product Platforms is responsible for executing development and update programs for Vestas Wind turbines. Program execution is run as projects, and follows Product - and Deployment Roadmaps. Product Platforms interacts with all functions within Vestas when updating or developing a new wind turbine. Responsibilities: Your role is to assist and support Platform and Project Managers in their daily operational work. The position focuses on administrative and reporting activities within the project, and shall continuously ensure clear project status and structure. This includes: Assist and support Platform and Project Managers in the daily operational work. Being the ‘anchor point’ for the platform to ensure that the organization always has an entry point into the platform. Maintain project milestone and activity plans and collect and update project performance data , reports and other metrics relevant for controlling portfolio. Manage project data library and project and product data. Engage in rolling out new or improved platform processes including collect and provide feedback for optimization of these. Qualifications: Your background and qualifications for the position can be within administration, documentation or finance, most important is that you are able to live up to more of the following characteristics: Recently graduated Bachelor in Communication/Finance or similar with a strong interest or background in working in project environment. Alternative proven experience in working in a project environment servicing a portfolio of projects. Insight into ERP, MRP or Financial systems. Skilled user of MS Office and potentially SAP tools.
