In this role, you facilitate pivotal business projects that improve our R&D methods, securing our on-going success as part of a cross-functional project team. Collaborate across a global organisation In this project manager position, you join the LEGO® Continuous Improvement, Projects and Processes organisation to facilitate critical business projects. Alongside 5 other project managers, you enable a number of large business projects focusing on improving the R&D process within the LEGO Group. Doing so, you collaborate closely with colleagues across functions and cultures to deliver on the agreed time and budget, while you: - Apply a risk based approach when dealing with deviations and manage early mitigation to ensure minimum impact - Deliver timely and precise project reporting to the Program Management and/or Steering Committee - Secure a strong handover to the business and make sure that change management towards the organisation is a well-integrated and well-planned part of the projects - Continuously strive to optimise the project in order to improve performance - Motivate the project team members to work together on achieving your shared goal Connected community In the LEGO Group you join a supportive culture, where we will trust you to do your best. You make sure they are involved and on-board, ensuring momentum by leading both up and down, across functions and seniority. In doing so, you encourage and challenge team members as well as the Program Management and/or Steering Committee. Your qualifications: - You have 3+ years of project management experience dealing with complex projects including change management tasks - You hold a degree within economics, engineering or perhaps a PBA in Design and Innovation - Experience with innovative environments such as Product Development, IT, etc. - You have great communication skills, and you communicate effortlessly in English Bringing it to life "The greatest part of this job is when colleagues across the organisation collaborate and join forces.
