Challenge and execute machine safety In the role as a machine safety manager, you will be responsible for maintaining compliance with the Machine Safety Directive and legal changes worldwide. Working from a global position, you will support the Machine Safety Group and business partners in executing functional safety on all machines and equipment in the LEGO Group. More specifically, your tasks include: Defining and implementing the right level for machine safety, ensuring that core business partners are working in accordance with global machine safety standards, processes and routines Maintaining our safety toolbox and facilitating compliance towards specific legal classifications: electrical, mechanical, ergonomic, noise, fire, documentation, etc. Setting the right mind-set by example, providing the education needed for all Machine Safety Groups and managers, sharing best practice and developing global guidelines Global collaboration You join a team of 4 highly skilled colleagues in the R&D Machine Safety department. You know how to make the Machine Directive interesting and sell in your messages - simply by having the ability to train and capture people. With your solid intercultural skills, you are able to build strong and sustainable relationships.
