Are you an experience solid electrical and SCADA manager who can drive high-quality results? Join us as Head of our Electrical and SCADA team in Technical Integrity Management. Together with three management colleagues, you will be in charge of all technical aspects from technical contract negotiation, securing integrity on all electrical and SCADA parts across all assets in operations. Technical Integrity Management is part of Global Operations in Wind Power, which has 1400 employees and is one of four business units in DONG Energy. Wind Power is the world’s largest developer and operator of offshore wind power, and we use our unique knowledge in all phases of our wind turbine projects. During the last 20 years, we have developed and constructed the largest portfolio of offshore wind farms in Northern Europe. You may choose freely to be based either at our office in Skærbæk near Fredericia or in Gentofte in the Greater Copenhagen area. However, you should expect some travelling to our locations in Denmark and abroad in relation to your work. Areas of responsibility As Head of Electrical and SCADA, you head one of the three teams in the Technical Integrity Management department which is responsible for the overall integrity management of assets in operation. Your primary focus involves day-to-day task prioritisation, tracking and securing team objectives while keeping the team motivated and result-oriented. You will become a member of Asset Integrity Management’s extended leadership group consisting of highly motivated managers. This offers you a great opportunity to impact Asset Integrity Management's strategy and roadmap. You will also contribute by having a portfolio overview on all electrical and SCADA issues in the fleet. To ensure structured and well-documented asset operation, you work with asset integrity management systems (AIM, ISO55000). Technical risk registers and WTG masters as the backbone of your work on optimisation of asset integrity. Moreover, Six Sigma (DMAIC) is our backbone of root cause analyse activities. Furthermore, your key duties will be to: •facilitate, develop and implement best practices for the team •develop key competences within the team through people review and development plans •coach each team member to achieve better results by ensuring that all stakeholders are involved and by securing the quality of the results by review and sparring •contribute directly with your technical skills to solve technical issues •provide critical input to department strategy, processes and overall business targets. Your profile You have a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree or similar supplemented with knowledge of asset operation. You have vast experience with leading people to high-quality results in an environment of highly complex technical problems. Preferably, you hold a degree in business administration. As we operate in an international environment, it is essential that you speak and write English fluently. It is an advantage if you speak and write Danish as well. In addition, you are able to create excellent results through teamwork and to develop good relationships with your colleagues and external partners.
