Can you help us build a strategic training infrastructure for the employees working with our offshore wind farms in operation? Join us as Senior Learning & Development Advisor in our newly established Learning & Development department focusing on our strategic training infrastructure. You will primarily support Operations which is responsible for monitoring our 12 wind farms in operation in Denmark, Germany and the United Kingdom. You will be responsible for Learning & Development’s communication platform and for Operations’ training budget. You will also be responsible for maintaining the overview and handling ongoing updates of Operations’ competency infrastructure and for the IT systems covering the competence framework. The department is part of Wind Power which has 1400 employees and is one of four business units in DONG Energy. Wind Power is the world’s largest developer and operator of offshore wind power, and we use our unique knowledge in all phases of our wind turbine projects. During the last 20 years, we have developed and constructed the largest portfolio of offshore wind farms in Northern Europe. You may choose freely to be based either at our office in Skærbæk near Fredericia or in Gentofte in the Greater Copenhagen area. However, you should expect considerable amount of travelling to Gentofte if you are based in Skærbæk. Areas of responsibility As Senior Learning & Development Advisor, you will design, manage and ensure documentation of the training and competence infrastructure to further development of Operations’ competence management system. Moreover, you will manage and implement competence and training initiatives within Operations in close collaboration with the business and your colleagues. Furthermore, your key duties will be to: •communicate, give advice to and guide Operations on any aspect within learning and development •educate and inform Operations’ managers about process descriptions, training needs and service providers •design and maintain the competence and training portfolio for general and technical competences and analyse the future training needs in order to define the optimal training portfolio •manage the ongoing assessment and verification process for competences in Operations •be responsible for the IT systems supporting the competence framework and ensure integration with other DONG Energy systems as required •manage the training budget, including coordinate delegated training costs to ensure effective and efficient use of available funds. Your profile You have a background in administration, communication, business or HR and extensive experience with design and maintenance of competence management and training systems. Moreover, you have proven and excellent analytical skills and are able to structure large amounts of data into useful information. You also have financial and budgeting skills, administrative skills and a good understanding of IT. As we operate in an international environment, it is essential that you are fluent in English. Moreover, you are an excellent communicator and have proven successful results within stakeholder management at various levels in an organisation.
