Do you have 0-3 years of experience within the reward area? Would you like to help define, run and develop core HR processes within reward which currently affects more than 14,000 colleagues worldwide and enable us to face the future growth? Help enable core HR Processes You support the deliverables of the Global Reward department which is accountable for developing and deploying the LEGO Group's global reward philosophy and framework. This entails base salary, bonus programs, employee benefits, title structures, promotions, performance management and global mobility. You will join the performance management process core team of 3 and work closely with the process owner, who is based in the US, to influence how we best develop the performance culture in the LEGO Group. In time, you will be responsible for: Supporting the performance management process and the bonus program relating to this, e.g. by coordinating elements of the process with local HR colleagues In time be the system expert in the Performance Management system Maintaining the job catalogue covering all jobs up to Director level Editing the Global Reward SharePoint site Develop your skills and grow your potential As our new Global Reward Consultant, you step into a position where we gradually build your knowledge, grow your skills and hand you more responsibility, ensuring you a steep learning curve.
