Joining the Commercial Controls division, you will become an active participant in the R&D Electronic Controls department at Danfoss in Nordborg where you will set your personal mark on the final product design in a rewarding and supporting working environment. Design and development of hardware for electronic controls You will report to the R&D Director, and your overall responsibility will be the development of hardware for electronic controls, securing that your design meets the requirements regarding quality, reliability and robustness. In close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, you will contribute to a customer-driven development creating products that evolve with customer needs. Your key tasks will be: •Development of hardware for electronic controls, deriving key hardware from customer and product requirement •Responsible for design analysis and documentation •Responsible for component selection for the detailed design •HW support of internal and external stakeholders •Responsible for product test and approvals •Handling HW-related claim cases Electronic engineer with flair for electronic hardware development You have an educational background as BSc in electronic engineering and have significant experience working with optimisation and development of electronic hardware design. You are familiar with microcontroller based systems design and are an experienced user of communication protocols like SPI, I2C, RS485, Modbus, LON, USB or Ethernet, just as you have experience with PCB Layout and EMI/EMC design principles. You are able to work both theoretically and hands-on with your tasks, and are able to solve them from idea to final product. On a more personal note, you are a self-driven executor, who possesses highly developed analytical skills and can keep the great sense of perspective in large projects. Your success depends very much on your ability to collaborate with your team and adapt to a very dynamic working environment, where you will lead the way with your commitment and high spirit.
