Do you want to move your global mobility expertise into a company with increasing global mobility activities?You will join our Global Mobility department in Global Rewards in Billund. We are an energetic team of four consultants and one manager responsible for handling all issues related to global mobility within the LEGO Group. The position is based in Billund. We offer you a challenging and highly dynamic position with many international touch points, where you: manage varying and complex tasks and issues regarding LEGO employees' relocations drive global mobility activities between our international locations will get a broad exposure to the organisation and external stakeholders Global mobility activities from A to Z You will be overall responsible for global mobility for a certain business area as well as managing some of our vendors in global mobility. You manage and coordinate the global mobility activities from A to Z. You are responsible for a remuneration package that matches the current salary in the home country. Factors such as taxes and living expenses in host country are included in your calculations - making it a complex issue, why you are focused on getting the details in place. You conduct information meetings with the assignee and possible accompanying partner where the remuneration package is presented as well as support the family/assignee in general during the assignment period. Other tasks include liaison with social security authorities and tax advisors to ensure legal compliance. Your responsibilities also involve contact and coordination with our external vendors. Your background and experience Bachelor or Master's degree (e.g. within HR, Economics, Finance, Law) Minimum 2-5 years of experience working with Global Mobility in a multinational company You have a good understanding of figures and a high level of English is required due to the extensive contact with international stakeholders. Because of your previous experience, you know how to bring value to stakeholders, and you understand tactical and strategic initiatives -which you manage to translate into operational plans. You are a strong communicator and service oriented in supporting the assignee as well as the business area. Showing initiative and contributing with your input on improving processes etc. in the team comes natural to you. You thrive in a dynamic environment with many ongoing tasks and you are good at keeping the overview. Furthermore, you are well-structured and have a systemic approach when solving tasks.
