Are you a treasury expert with experience in liquidity and foreign exchange management? Join the Global Treasury team and help us achieve our ambitious goals Here is a great opportunity for you to become an important member of the LEGO® Group’s Treasury function and to contribute to attaining the overall department focus on Financial Risk Management. Initially, the candidate will fill a maternity leave position at KIRKBI A/S, the majority owner and holding company of LEGO A/S. The Group Treasury team’s responsibilities include global funding, financial risk and cash management and it acts as a center of excellence on credit risk mitigation. The department also plays a key role in defining and adapting capitalization on current and new subsidiaries, and managing the overall capital structure of the LEGO Group. Play a key role in maintaining and developing the Financial Risk Management function. Optimize the LEGO Group’s daily liquidity position using various financial instruments and in close collaboration with : Controllers and Cash Forecasters in the international LEGO entities The internal LEGO bank, KIRKBI Invest and external banks Manage the short term FX hedging of the Group’s in and out flows in foreign currency using instruments like FX Spots, Forwards, Swaps and Options Be the contact point for the organization on Foreign Exchange while also advising the business on financial markets in general Work with the internal bank team and the Group Tax team to ensure market based pricing on all intercompany transactions Proactively give input to the long term Foreign Exchange hedge strategy Manage agreements and documentation towards financial institutions. LEGO Group Treasury is a small focused team and you - being a valued member - will take part in many of the team’s responsibilities such as capitalization of new and existing legal entities, development of Cash Management infrastructure and Documentary Credit. The candidate ideally have At least 3 years of relevant experience in a financial institution and/or treasury function with proven exposure to liquidity and FX Management.
