Key Responsibilities You will be member of a performance driven HR team and will have the strategic and operational responsibility for HR in your specific part of the organisation. Within your area you will be responsible for developing the human capabilities according to the agreed business strategies and objectives. This will include the following areas of responsibility: •Strategic workforce planning and recruitment in cooperation with the recruitment partner • Performance management • Talent management • Leadership development • Act as a partner to the senior leaders on a day-to-day basis • Contribute to the implementation of the business strategy • Shape & drive implementation of strategic HR initiatives • Facilitate organisational change •Impatriation/Expatriation • Link performance & pay Who we are looking for We are looking for an ambitious and business-oriented HR Partner who wants independent challenges in an international company where HR is high on the agenda. We expect you to hold a relevant Master’s or Bachelor’s degree. You are a seasoned HR professional with experience from a similar role, and you have potential to go far. We prefer candidates with experience from an international company. It is important that you address the job with a strong understanding of the business and a hands-on approach. Naturally, you thrive in an independent and visible position in a free and dynamic working environment. The position calls for a result-oriented and analytical person with excellent interpersonal and communicative skills who can combine a holistic business view with concrete HR initiatives. Furthermore, you are expected to be proficient in oral and written English. As part of the HR team your role will also include contributing to and ensuring a continuous development of the HR Business Partners’ team capabilities as well as strengthening the performance level of Maersk Oil.Last application date: 31 January 2016.
