Do you know how to interpret complex legal issues and present your assessment in simple and comprehensible solutions to management and employees? Does legal project work and developing practically applicable legal tools and processes appeal to you? Then we have just the job for you as a Legal Advisor in our employment law department “Legal Support” in People Services Denmark. The position comprises a high degree of complexity and the department is very visible in the organisation. You will thus be given a high degree of responsibility, and you will cooperate with people from all levels in Danfoss. Projects and advice within employment law Your focus will be to ensure professional and consistent handling of employment law-related issues, and you will be involved in the entire life cycle of several employee groups from start to finish of their employment. You will follow the development in the area and guarantee that we constantly improve and adapt our processes and ways of working. You will be part of a department consisting of a department manager and seven committed employees working from our office in Nordborg and other Danfoss sites across Denmark. We cooperate on different projects, and you will be part of ensuring their successful completion and implementation. The position also includes: •Interpreting and providing advice on labour market law questions, e.g. issues in relation to collective agreements •Interpreting and processing of internal policies and standards •Preventive employment law work, e.g. presentation and facilitation of rules and guidelines within the area •Tools for use in connection with employment law issues Robust and business-oriented legal advisor You hold a degree in law or business law, and you may recently have graduated. In addition, you have project management experience, and you are capable of achieving results and ensuring compliance with processes through and with others. You are dedicated to both labour market law and labour law, and achieving results within your field in cooperation with colleagues and employees motivates you. You have a Lean mindset, you work systematically and methodically, and you are capable of going into detail as well as keeping focus on the big picture. Dissemination of complex material in a simple way is definitely one of your strong suits, and you always focus on solutions that work in a business setting.
