Field Execution (FE) provide the organisation with resources within the areas of Technicians, Supervisors, Lead Supervisors, Site Managers, logistics, NDT, Project Management, Planning and administration. Responsibilities: The Project Planners role will be to act as the interface between the SBU´s, FE technicians, gear Engineering, Planners and in close cooperation with the overall Project Manager. Your tasks will primarily be: Secure specific project knowledge Secure contact to local SBU in order to plan, coordinate & alignment Forecast manpower and components Conduct briefing with FE Technicians Initiate communication and support to FE Technicians Planning and ordering of flight tickets, rental Cars, Hotels etc. Initiate SBU bundling of CIM (gear) projects System updates, ERP and data bases Transport coordination of components and tools Coordinate with internal Spare Parts & Repair Project reporting support. Qualifications: Ability to speak and write English fluently Project Management or Project task planning experience Understanding of financial issues Perhaps work experience from an international company – preferable within the wind turbine industry Familiarity and understanding of a dynamic organization You are self-driven and able to work under pressure while handling multiple simultaneous tasks You have the ability to successfully cooperate and motivate the persons involved in projects Experience in using Microsoft Office, Prima Vera, or similar systems SAP experience would be an advantage What we offer: We offer a challenging job with excellent opportunities for professional and personal development at the world’s leading wind turbine manufacturer.
