Danfoss is searching for a Global Installed Base Manager within Danfoss Drives Segment, who has a strong organizational, planning, and communication skills with a good track record and experienced in building successful customer relationships in a transactional environment. What Danfoss offers you As our new Global Installed Base Manager you will play a vital role in building up an Aftermarket Service organization and business for Danfoss Drives. You will join a global team and will be responsible in supporting all regions and be involved locally where needed. This position will report to Head of Global After Market Service. About Danfoss Drives Danfoss Drives is a world leader in variable speed control of electric motors. Since 1968, variable speed drives have been our business, our focus. In 2014, Danfoss and Vacon merged, forming one of the largest companies in the industry. In this role you will provide our Sales organization with Service Sales Leads based on our Service Product Portfolio and Installed Base data. You will be responsible for the strategy, sales, retention rates and designing and operationalizing programs that will drive a positive customer experience that leads directly to improved retention rates for Drives business. You will be establishing a process on how to capture information where the products go when they leave our factory etc. You will work with different teams internally such as Service Excellence team. Other tasks will be: •Owning the Installed Base Management process right from defining the guidelines and processes •Performing installed base updates and changes as required by the field and/or customer •Coordinating with the regions and factories to obtain updated information on equipment deliveries in to the regions •Providing the forecasting of potential value of Service Sales opportunities to our Service Partners in collaboration with Sales Managers •Participating in Performance agreement proposal preparation for selected customers, based of Installed Base information •Providing information to generate sales leads and support the AMS business •Work closely with all functions in AMS and Supply Chain What we look for •Bring in 4 to 5 years of experience working in an international company with multiple sales locations and factories •Experience from other industries with aftermarket business such as an kind of components manufacturers is needed •Excellent process knowledge, ability to manage information and work with a lot of data •Be very outspoken, extrovert, proactive in communication •Excellent knowledge about Excel, SAP CRM and preferably I-scala tool For more information about this position, please contact John Brilli, Head of Global After Market Service, on +45 23603567.
