In this position, you will have the opportunity to improve your competences by taking part of optimizations to the global sales and project execution processes of Siemens Wind Power. What are my responsibilities? · Create inter-active models of the Sales and Project Execution Processes. · Responsible for updating the department’s SharePoint webpage. · Support in the running the Maturity in Project Management (MPM) program. · Creating various reports in Excel and PPT to the Management. · Support the PM & Sales department to achieve its targets. · Minutes of meetings and other ad hoc tasks. What do I need to qualify for this job? · You are an enrolled student within business studies on bachelor or masters level. Please attach documentation of your enrolment and your grade transcripts to your application. · Skilled user of MS Office and knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint. · You have a flexible mindset and are able to work in a multicultural environment. · You are able to communicate fluently in English – oral as well as written.
