You keep procedures and processes up to date In your new job, you will be responsible for managing the quality feedback process including quality complaints handling and related CAPA processes. In this way you will ensure that all processes and procedures are up to date and that the right support and guidance is offered to the organization. This is especially important in relation to production and R&D in order to guarantee effectiveness and compliance in our business processes. In summary, you can look forward to the following tasks: Management of customer complaints handling including investigation, review, evaluation and documentation. Ensuring that all customer complaints are documented according to established company procedures. Ensuring that all customer complaints are communicated in an appropriate way to the relevant customers. Monitoring of trends and symptoms related to product quality and performance Assisting in defining, implementing and verifying Corrective and Preventive actions (CAPA). Daily communication and cooperation together with our sales colleagues located worldwide. Build relationships with key sister companies requiring travel. Solid experience with QA In order to be a success in your new job we expect you to have several years’ of experience with QA, preferably from a business within the area of active medical devices. Your educational background is either Mechanical or Electronic Engineer. Through your career, you have gained substantial knowledge of US and EU regulations within the Medical Device industry plus experience in handling CAPA's and complaints. On the personal level, you are characterized by being a dynamic team player with a strong analytic sense and a good overview. You are motivated by using your expertise and experience to guide and support others. Moreover, you thrive when you navigate in a complex and international organizational set up with various stakeholders.
