Can you operate in a large, complex organizational set up and keep momentum in your projects? Then join us and become our new Project Manager in Global supply chain! Leading Supply chain projects In your new role, you will become part of global supply chain and join the project management group, who is responsible for running projects locally, across divisions and on a strategical level. As Project Manager you will take the lead on supply chain projects at all three levels. Some of these projects focus on system implementation, like implementing a new planning and forecasting system or development of a customer complaint system. Here you will work closely with our IT organization and act as the business - or user representative. Other projects, where you act as Project Manager, involves improving supply chain processes in general, like changing the European transport setup or improvements in product flow between suppliers, production and warehouse. Experience We do not place heavy emphasis on your educational background but preferably, you have a degree in Supply Chain Management. What is more important is that you have experience from a complex organization, working with supply chain projects and have at least 5 years’ experience working as a project manager. Your IT understanding is strong, in particular within understanding the interfaces between systems in the supply chain, enabling you to act with confidence in your collaboration with IT on new supply chain systems. You will be working in different parts of the supply chain, such as distribution, customer service, planning department or together with one of our sales companies. It’s important that you are able to look at the project from different perspectives having stakeholder with different agendas. You are a good networker, who make other people feel at ease in your company. Furthermore, you have the ability to ask the right questions to elicit knowledge, which in turn, you communicate and together with your project team translate into possible solutions. Influencing others to see the right way forward is not foreign to you either. Naturally, you have excellent time management, planning- and prioritization skills, and you understand how to keep momentum in your projects. The ability to work with different projects at the same time, to lead change and understanding organization transition is valued and seen as an advantage. You will be working from our Headquarter in Smørum, and around 30 traveling days can be expected.
