Location DK - Smørum Business Analyst For global ERP implementation - a unique career opportunity to become our new Business Analyst in the William Demant Group Are you driven by working in a team where expectations are set high? Do you have experience doing business process analysis in international organizations? Do you have experience working with ERP implementations? You will be part of an international environment in a leading company working with the latest technologies together with a team of very dedicated employees. Global ERP implementation You will handle the implementation of Dynamics AX using best practice from our wholesale companies around the world aiming for an ongoing streamlining of our methods and processes. This mean you will be fully allocated to our large-scale ERP implementation project and become responsible for: Analyze production processes across sites, and deploy better practices Co-Driving workshops and seek a common design for the way we operate our business Design how we by use of mainly Microsoft Dynamics AX can support the processes Test, train and support users in a new way of working As the Business Transformation Program is global, you should expect to have between 60 and 80 days of annual travel. Are we looking for you? We expect you to hold a relevant Master Degree, i.e. cand.scient, cand.oecon, cand.polit, IT, cand.merc or similar. You have experience with process analysis, process design, facilitating workshops from other similar ERP implementation projects. Preferably from a background in consultancy business or from working with ERP implementations in other international organizations. You find energy in complex challenges; have a natural flair and interest for IT as well as process and business understanding. Since the role requires interaction with many stakeholders, you communicate easily with colleagues at all levels. What’s in it for you?
