Would you like to drive the implementation of e-sourcing across the DONG Energy Group? Join us and become E-sourcing Specialist in DONG Energy Group Procurement, where you will be spearheading the implementation and development of e-sourcing and e-auctions across the entire company. In DONG Energy Group Procurement, we have recently started our journey towards system-based tender facilitation as well as execution of negotiations via e-auctions. The objective is to cover a significant part of the Group’s spending through e-sourcing and e-auctions, such as developing best practice processes while complying with the Utility Directive with which DONG Energy must comply. You will be based at our office in Gentofte in the Greater Copenhagen area. Your key duties will be to •understand our tender processes and constantly seek for optimisation possibilities using e-sourcing •conduct training and workshops for suppliers and colleagues •develop our e-auction pipeline and execute these together with the contract managers •develop and teach best practice e-sourcing to your colleagues to ensure that we get the most of e-sourcing and e-auctions •handle change management. Your qualifications and core competences include that you •have a sound analytical understanding •are capable of solving complex tasks •have great stakeholder management and communication skills •possess a huge drive and thrive on changing the way we work. It will be an advantage if you have experience with e-sourcing or e-actions from a procurement organisation. Moreover, you have great communication skills and speak and write English fluently, and preferably also Danish. You have a service-minded approach to your stakeholders and a commercial mind anchored in how you work. Finally, you have a result-oriented approach to every task and always look for the better commercial solution, and you are able to work independently and make your own decisions, while keeping your stakeholders informed.
