To support the strategic talent attraction agenda, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner, who will be responsible for attracting business critical specialists to Novo Nordisk. About the department The Talent Acquisition Partner will join the newly established Talent Acquisition team at headquarters. Our main objective is to attract qualified candidates to business critical positions at Novo Nordisk by building lasting relationships with talent on an on-going basis. We do this by proactively reaching out to potential candidates and increasing their awareness about Novo Nordisk as a workplace and about career opportunities for them. In addition, we serve as a centre of excellence for our peers in the business areas globally by providing them with guidance to address their specific challenges in attracting and recruiting critical talent. The job As Talent Acquisition Partner, your main role will be to drive a high touch-point end-to-end talent acquisition process and deliver consistent and high quality hiring manager and candidate experience. Your key responsibilities as Talent Acquisition Partner will be to develop and execute concrete talent identification strategy for each of the assignments you undertake and deliver qualified candidates to each hiring manager you collaborate with. You will also be responsible for collecting market intelligence in order to gain an in-depth understanding of the critical talent landscape in the targeted regions, translate them in to successful search strategies and share this insight with your peers globally. As you will have multiple stakeholders in the line of business and in the HR organisation you will be expected to build sustainable and productive relations with your stakeholders and gain in-depth understanding of their business and their critical talent needs. Part of your role will also be to follow developments in the external talent acquisition landscape in regards with trends, sourcing channels and tools and make relevant recommendations when you see a match with the needs of the organisation. In such cases, you will collaborate with your colleagues in the Talent Acquisition team in order to develop, pilot and scale initiatives to the business areas globally and enable them to use new innovative approaches for attracting business critical talent. Qualifications You have an academic degree and more than three years of search experience from an in-house search function or executive search firm. You have worked as a project lead on key specialist and/or executive search assignments and have a proven track record of delivering and placing talent in companies with high degree of complexity such as pharmaceutical industry. You have experience from a large organisation, where you have demonstrated ability to navigate among multiple stakeholders. Your competences include strong project management, analytical mind-set and strong execution skills. Furthermore, excellent communication and presentation skills as well as good command of the English language are required.
