A department with ambition
You will become a significant part of PIECES’ sales organisation, where you get 40 energetic and dedicated colleagues from around the world. We are increasing our efforts in several of our important markets, so you will be in charge of a region matching your competences.
Inspire, train and lead to growth
Your overall responsibility is to ensure the continuous development of our wholesale customers and Key Accounts through developing and executing sales strategies. You inspire, train and motivate your team to strengthen and develop PIECES’ position on your markets, and in close cooperation with other departments, you ensure that our products and price range are developed in a way that always meets the needs of our customers.
Your areas of responsibilities are:
- Daily contact to your strong and dedicated sales team in your markets
- Build, expand and develop customer relations with Key Accounts and wholesale customers in your markets
- Ensure close customer contact at all times
- Arrange and execute collection meetings for representatives
- Plan and carry out sales promotional initiatives
- Make sure that different sales KPIs are reached.
Qualifications
- You have a track record that shows your ability to translate sales strategies into actions that create results
- Strong sales experience from a similar position within the fashion industry
- Experience with building and maintaining customer relations
- Experience with working across cultures
- Fluent in English, written and spoken – other languages are advantageous
- Store and managerial experience is important.

Since you will play an important role in PIECES’ development, it is important that you are a natural leader who can take responsibility for an area with great growth potential. You have a commercial mindset and the skills to transform strategic plans into actual sales initiatives. You possess excellent communication skills along with a high personal drive and a winning mentality. You are result-oriented and have an excellent business sense. Furthermore, you have the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues to achieve strategies and increase sales.
