Maersk Container Industry (MCI) is looking for a Sales Coordinator for our office near Aabenraa. We Offer MCI is expanding the internal sales section and is seeking a Sales Coordinator to be part of our dynamic and highly engaged sales and marketing department. The group has the commercial responsibility, including MCI’s global service team. The position in the internal sales section has the responsibility for coordination with the factories in China and Chile, and the customers. Other tasks will be order handling, invoicing, contract work and generally ensuring that our ERP system matches the transactions made. Furthermore, you will be the sales back-up for selected clients and ad-hoc project work can occur. The job also includes assistant tasks for the group Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). Key Responsibilities As Sales Coordinator, your responsibilities are: • Administration of orders, invoicing and contracts • Updating ERP and CRM systems • Be in dialogue with clients on administrative matters • Coordination with colleagues within the group and Global customer base • Support group CCO with practical and administrative duties Who we are looking for You have a relevant educational background such as a commercial diploma/bachelor or market economist. Alternatively/in addition you have experience from a similar position within internal sales or business-to-business markets. Communication is predominately in English, but fair Spanish language skills would be very helpful. As a person you are service minded and good at structuring your work with an eye for detail. You have a strong team spirit and prioritize to be a good colleague - thereby contributing to the creation of motivation, loyalty and a strong company identity.
