Are you ready to drive cross-organizational process optimization projects as part of our Customer Operations department in Denmark and act as a proactive enabler for generating value directly to our customers and business? Then you might be our new Sales Information Specialist.

Customer Operations consists of approx. 90 dedicated and talented employees spanning our Retail Field Sales, Demand & Promotion Planning, Customer Support, and Sales Demand teams.

As part of the Sales Demand team and with direct reference to the Head of Customer Operations you will take lead on driving your own area of responsibility by identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across our value chain and ensure the development of supporting business solutions in collaboration with your key stakeholders.

Leads, evaluates and develops processes

You proactively seek potentials across our value chain to improve current ways of working, reducing costs and generating value for our business while still maintaining our high quality of service towards our customers and consumers. You facilitate improvement initiatives in close collaboration with your key stakeholders and take responsibility for testing and implementing the changes across the organization.

The processes are complex and require strong change management skills. We expect you to be persistent and have a solution-oriented approach that will involve and positively motivate all relevant stakeholders.

Ambitious and decisive approach

You enjoy driving strong cross-functional stakeholder management while working within a fast paced and evolving FMCG environment. You will support the delivery of business results, overseeing performance against operational objectives and execute on strategic initiatives.

We also expect you to be fluent in English and have strong communication skills both written and verbally. As part of your role, you will proactively engage in a community of peers across our European markets in order to align solutions and share insights.

Your analytical skills and ability to analyze and transform complex data into actionable tasks are crucial. We expect you to be an advanced user of Excel, preferably with experience in using SAP Analytics as well as PowerBI or similar.

Ability to recognize opportunities

You preferably have experience from a similar role with focus on project and stakeholder management. You have supported a strategic agenda and delivered process optimizations with use of new technology and tools.

Proven track record of strong project management skills with the ability to build positive relationships is, of course, essential as well as your ability to acts as an ambassador, inspiring and motivating progress among your stakeholders.

Furthermore, we expect you to show convincing examples of:

• Solid business and process optimization knowledge
• Strong communication, implementation and execution skills
• Engaging and structured stakeholder management abilities and strategic approach
• Intellectual power using both analytical skills and creative thinking

Moreover, you are a skilled communicator with an open mind and your level of drive lies far above average, and your can-do-attitude enables you to challenge the status quo and come up with ambitious initiatives to continue our strategic efforts.
