Join us and become Sales & Operations Planning Partner for Biopharm. About the department You will join 6 highly skilled colleagues in the Sales & Operations Planning Process Execution team. The department is responsible for Execution of monthly S&OP process, volume budgeting & update of capacity agreements, and a number of other activities related to tactical planning and balancing our supplies with the global demand of Novo Nordisk products. In all we do, we strive to enable a strong and stable supply and high performance in the supply chain. The job As S&OP Partner for Biopharm, your main responsibilities will be to execute a number of activities related to Sales & Operations Planning and the Supply Network Planning processes. In addition, you will be driving the volume budgeting for processes and products coming out of Biopharm. All of this calls for analysing data related to supply and demand for a portfolio of products, collaborating with stakeholders in identifying recommendations and actions to ensure supply and demand balance and present these for management decision making. Finally, through involvement in projects and other improvement activities, you will also engage in optimizing and align processes and tools related to executing the S&OP process. It is expected that you will be able to challenge us in the way we do things and that you can be proactive in identifying opportunities to work smarter. Qualifications You probably have a Master’s degree within a relevant business education (e.g. M.Sc. in Supply Chain Management or engineering) or experience equivalent to that. You probably have some years of experience and are passionate about Supply Chain Management and Sales and Operations Planning and about securing a balance between supply and demand. Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and knowledge of Excel is preferred. Your analytical skills enable you to focus on key information and see through the complexity within planning across the full NN supply chain. Your ability to collaborate and engage with stakeholders in a positive manner is a natural part of the way you work. As a person, you thrive with working in an environment where considering a multitude of factors and stakeholders are an integrated part of the job. You are able to prioritise your assignments and estimate the consequences and risks in the decisions you make.
