For our Equipment Order Management department, we are looking for a SAP Key User who will play an active role in supporting the daily operation in its use of SAP in a rental setup. Furthermore you will support the business in optimizing processes and increasing the performance of the organization. In this role you will report directly to the head of Order Management. Our business processes covers the areas material management, sales orders, demand planning, sourcing via purchase and production orders, deliveries and return sales orders/deliveries. What are my responsibilities? First point of contact to the end users supporting them on process / SAP related questions in the day-to-day business Represent own area, convert business requirements into IT change requests Responsible for testing new features and functionality in relation to own area Support the training of the end users Participate in SAP Key user communities to ensure cross functional development of business processes and functions in relation to SAP functionality and features Responsible for the Change Management activities such as requirement definition, solution verification, approval process, build, implementation and communication of the change What do I need to qualify for this job? You have an educational background or work experience within supply chain management or logistics You have advanced knowledge about the business processes and functions in SAP You have a general flair for IT and you are an advanced user of Microsoft Excel Furthermore you have a structured and analytical approach to complex tasks You thrive in an international environment and are a dedicated team player. At the same time you are service-minded and self-driven, and you possess outstanding communication and English skills In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
