Forsorgshjemmet Godrum, Hedevej 2A, Hjøllund, 7362 Hampen søger en engageret og dygtig HR medarbejder med tiltrædelse pr. 1. oktober 2014. Arbejdstiden er 34 timer pr. uge fordelt over 5 dage. Løn- og ansættelsesforhold efter gældende overenskomst og principperne i Ny Løn. Stillingen Stillingen består af administrative opgaver i forbindelse med servicering af 3 institutioner under samme administrative ledelse. Du arbejder tæt sammen med afdelingens 2 øvrige på kontoret og har følgende opgaver: • Personaleadministration – herunder kontakt med faglige organisationer, vagtplanssystem og diverse personaleadministrative opgaver • Momsindberetning • Likviditetsbudgetter • Bogføring og afstemninger i navision • Regningsdebitor/kreditor i navision • Opholdsplaner for beboerne • Stor beboer kontakt • Telefonadministration – indskrivning og udskrivning af beboere • Andre diverse administrative opgaver for de 3 afdelinger Vi forventer, at du: • Har bred erfaring indenfor regnskab og bogholderi opgaver • Kendskab og erfaring med personaleadministration • Kendskab til vagtplanssystemer er en fordel • Kendskab og erfaring med navision • Godt kendskab til excel • Flair for it og det at lære nye systemer • Er hurtig, energisk og fleksibel, med godt humør også når vi har rigtig travlt • Kan arbejde selvstændigt og tage initiativer • Er fleksibel i forbindelse med betjening af brugerne • Går ind for vores værdier: Rummelighed, omsorg og engagement Vi kan tilbyde: • En røgfri arbejdsplads • En arbejdsplads i udvikling, hvor du er med til at præge hverdagen • Et afvekslende, uforudsigeligt og spændende job • Engagerede kollegaer Vil du vide mere om jobbet, kan du kontakte Louise Kristensen på tlf. 38415346/21287722 Forsorgshjemmet Godrum og Botræningstilbuddet Lysbro er boformer under Servicelovens § 110 for hjemløse, samt brugere med sociale tilpasningsvanskeligheder og misbrug. Under Godrum Gruppen er der oprettet et alternativt plejehjem under Servicelovens § 85/108. Under begge § 110 afdelinger varetages desuden efterforsorg.
