Key Responsibilities As our SAP Process Integration Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of functional experts and coordinating cross functional projects. With a particular focus on integration between functions and teams, you will ensure that solutions support end to end business processes and requirements while maintaining the integrity and reliability of the Global Maersk Oil SAP template. You will be involved in supporting, developing, and managing the global SAP community. You will work closely with the SAP process owners to ensure that their initiatives are aligned with the business strategy and SAP Roadmap, of which you will drive the development. The change request management aspect of this role is a large part and will also involve budgeting and prioritization of requirements. You will be responsible for guiding the business on mapping clear requirements in order to solicit the right solutions, all the while ensuring that the solutions which are designed work in a well-integrated way with the other functions. You will work together with a range of solution, functional experts and project teams to deliver integrated SAP solutions to the business. As with all of our team members, you will be expected to be a change agent to the business, enabling them via knowledge transfer and process understanding to ensure the system is used optimally. Who we are looking for The preferred candidate will already have a proven track-record in the Upstream Oil Industry and a strong background of at least two functional areas of SAP but possess a high-level understanding of all of the modules and how they can support an Upstream Oil Operator. The areas of SAP that Maersk Oil utilises are IS-OIL, FICO, MM, IM, WM, PM, PS, BW/BI, BPC and MDG. The candidate will have been involved in several SAP implementations and have exposure to a number of Oil operators and/or service companies. The candidate will have experience of managing people and leading teams. Project management experience would be preferential. The person who sits in this position needs to have a positive attitude and be able to proactively pursue the right tasks in the right priority, whilst juggling a large variety of tasks simultaneously.
