For our Main Bearing Team in the Technology Department we are looking for a new Sealing and Lubrication Systems Engineer to join our international team of highly skilled engineers. Our new colleague is already able to take full ownership of large size sealing systems as well as automated lubrication systems focusing on the main bearing application and furthermore support other applications in the turbine. The responsibility includes specifying, testing and validating supplier products as well as contributing to high quality system designs. What are my responsibilities? · Define base for safe guarding optimum system design and material selection · Undertake/lead test and research programs to document system performance · Create and update system specifications · Review supplier designs and suggestions · Be key technical contact point for relevant sub suppliers · Be solution owner for sealing in product development projects What do I need to qualify for this job? You are most likely a mechanical Engineer with experience from mechanical transmission, hydraulics, general mechanical design or maybe polymers You have a special interest and/or know how in lubrication and sealing systems You are eager to learn and develop within this field of expertise You are an excellent communicator in English language and well structured In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
