Join Portfolio Management You will be part of the Portfolio Management department in Corporate IT. We are a team of 4 who are responsible for gathering and prioritising project ideas from the business, facilitate the process of translating ideas into quantitative resource estimates, and ensure delivery of projects as agreed with business. Be the analytical sparring partner You will step into a new position where you affect the way we work with analyses and set operational value drivers in our daily business. Moreover, you secure global compliance in our resource planning and time registration process, just as you validate data quality in the related systems (MS Project Server and SAP PS). Finally, you share your mathematical understanding and support colleagues in the team with ad hoc portfolio analysis and scenarios. As the position is new, you will be able to shape your role in our team as well as in the organisation. Analyst who excel at crunching numbers and providing insight You have solid financial and analytical skills, probably deriving from 3-5 years of experience in a finance or project portfolio management function in an international company Your record of accomplishment has given you an understanding of financial and operational value drivers, financial analysis and business controlling skills as well as experience within data modelling and compiling multiple data sources ideally in SAP BW You have demonstrated the ability to translate analysis outcomes from Excel into comprehensive and easily understood presentations in PowerPoint You are experienced in driving process improvements and preferably, you have general knowledge of process design in ARIS just as a general understanding of an IT environment would be preferred but is not a prerequisite You hold a master's degree in economics, business administration or similar, and your English is flawless, both verbally and in writing. Although you prefer to work alone, you can work well in teams and you shine when you get to explain the numbers and argue in-depth for them.
