For our Siemens Wind Power organization we are looking for a Senior Communication Manager who will act as the Communication Business Partner to the CEO of our Onshore Market Unit. Your main responsibility will be translating the business strategy into a communication strategy/plan, and you will be responsible for the positioning of the senior management at our Onshore Market Unit as well as act as a strategic advisor to the Onshore business as regards to external and internal communication. What are my responsibilities? · Developing the strategic positioning of the Onshore Market Unit at Siemens Wind Power · Developing annual communication plans for the market unit in close alignment with the top management and based on the business strategy · Understanding market unit strategies and supporting the preparation and implementation of strategic marketing plans · Developing, aligning and implementing a marketing communication strategy for products/services/solutions · Planning and implementing of marketing communication projects · Managing the internal and external positioning of the market unit’s CEO, incl. conducting communication consulting sessions and C-level briefings. Furthermore, you will be writing speeches and articles · Preparing the key messages of the market unit · Planning trade show roadmaps, incl. key messages, presentations, briefings etc. · Acting as advisor for the market unit management as regards all communication aspects · Defining customer-specific communication activities/messages What do I need to qualify for this job? · You have a Master’s degree in Communications, English, Marketing or PR · You have significant experience from similar positions in large international organizations as well as experience with translating a business strategy into a communication strategy/plan · You are a team player, goal-oriented, self-driven and well-structured · You possess excellent communication skills and are fluent in English both orally and in writing. Preferably you have good Danish language skills as well In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
