We seek a solution architect to work closely with multiple customers within the Defence sector and develop our activities on the central European market. You will take on a span of multiple roles within the IT-solutions area and be a key player in designing IT applications/systems in close cooperation with customers and users, it is your job to capture their visions/ideas/needs and turn them into IT applications/systems that will provide optimal value for users. The job As a solution architect, you will have a central role in ensuring that we deliver the right solutions and services - simplifying the everyday critical decision making for our customers. Your responsibilities will be to: •Capture visions, ideals and needs presented by the customers and use this to design solutions and advice the customers within core business of Systematic •Drive the technical solution in multiple projects to deliver agreed scope on agreed time and with agreed quality in a highly customer oriented environment •Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including coordinating own product roadmaps and customer expectations •Support Business Development in sales activities, participate in proposal writing and continuously develop business with existing customers in ongoing projects •Help ensure that our customers both buys our C2 software and deploys C2 solutions build on the software In accomplishing this, the tasks at hand will for example include advising customers, designing solutions and configuring systems, provide support during tests and exercises at military facilities in Central Europe, as well as delivering technical support to account managers when working together on sales activities. Expect tasks to span from strategic level to hands on work (support, test, training etc.), at the customer site. You will work out of our Head office in Aarhus as part of a small team with reference to Project Manager in Denmark, you will also be working with colleagues in Germany and must expect a lot of customer related travel activities in Central Europe. Your skills and personality The successful candidate: •Has 3+ years experience as Senior developer or Solution Architect – including some experience working as a consultant delivering services and advice in the IT sector •Has a technical education at master level or equivalent •Has successfully been building complex solutions in a demanding environment and are comfortable with working closely with customers – giving advise, configuring systems and training people •Has experience with both software development and IT infrastructure •Is familiar with the Defence Domain and C2 systems •Are fluent in both written and spoken English and ideally also some German language skills As a person, you are ambitious and business oriented, you have a proactive and structured but also flexible and pragmatic approach. You are dynamic and robust and have that personality that gains the customer’s trust and makes you capable of building long lasting relations and network that can be utilized business wise and creates high customer satisfaction.
