About the position

For our Offshore Central HSE department we are looking for a passionate Senior HSE profile, who thrive in an international and cross functional position and have a natural desire to support business performance through continuous improvement.

What are my responsibilities?

  • Conducting root cause investigations
  • Establish effective corrective action
  • Issue action plans and monitor their implementation 
  • Delivering training for basic investigation techniques for non-HSE professionals
  • Continuously improving relevant HSE processes
  • Complete minor strategical HSE projects

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Several years of experience with leading of HSE investigations
  • Extensive knowledge about incident management, hereunder emergency response provisions
  • A good, technical understanding of mechanical, electrical and/or hydraulic systems
  • A natural desire to learn and improve
  • An Occupational Health & Safety degree (NEBOSH qualifications or equivalent)
  • Undergone certified relevant root cause analysis training
  • Completed lead auditor training 9001 or 18001/45001, (preferably)
  • Practical understanding of management systems and policies
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft software (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • Ability to apply different problem-solving techniques
