Are you looking for an opportunity to work with global in-store campaigns and catalogues? And would you like to champion global graphic standards? Then this is your chance to take charge by leading a team of 9 Graphic Production Managers (GPM) and co-lead a number of GPMs across the world. Provide spotless graphic quality In this role, you will be responsible for a team that continually focuses on improving and innovating our graphic solutions. Additionally, you will have a dotted line of reference for 12 GPMs working in SMA teams around the world. Your responsibility here is to co-drive the functional agenda - Graphic Solutions, in close collaboration with our local SMA Hub Managers. As Senior Manager of this area, you: Are responsible for global print production for In-store and marketing materials and the related procurement. Demonstrate strong leadership in a network-based global company. Secure Innovation, continuous development and progress in relation to our graphic solutions. Ensure the graphic quality in Shopper Marketing Agency (SMA) through clear guidelines and decisions. Create great relations to our suppliers, collaborate and secure buy-in from our many internal and external stakeholders. A natural leader with graphical skill The challenge here is to build relations and make your voice count in an international network - both upstream as well as downstream in the value chain, across cultures, nationalities and organizational borders, where you secure a common strategic GPM agenda. In order to do this, you: Can exhibit 5+ years of leadership experience and strong collaborative and interpersonal competencies. Hold a relevant educational background focused on graphic solutions and business. Have 3+ years of working experience from the graphic print industry or advertising agencies and it is a plus if you have worked with POP or POS materials. Speak and write English effortlessly.
