Job ID: 179107 Location: Vejle Organization: Siemens in Denmark – Siemens Wind Power – http://www.siemens.com/windpower Mode of employment: full time For our Construction Optimization within Offshore Project Management located in Vejle/Denmark, we are looking for an Lean Specialist . You will be working on improving our wind turbine preassembly. A high degree of coordination for the filming and analysis work is to be expected, as well as training of the areas being optimized. What are my responsibilities? • Planning of filming and analysis work, together with the assembly managers and project participants • Hands on participation in documentation work – filming, analyzing and structuring • Creation and maintains of documentation connected to standard work sheets • Creation of training material in the use of AVIX • Detecting and keeping an overview of potential improvement areas • Updating of video, changing and updating of created materials • Implementation of new practices together with local contacts; filming, analyzing, structuring of standard work, balancing of work and optimization, based on input from the assembly technician’s. What do I need to qualify for this job? You have a technical background and profound knowledge in usage of AVIX or a similar program, as a way of improving work processes, combined with at least 3 years' practical experience in optimization of production or constrution processes. Experience in the wind energy business will be deemed an advantage. As a person, you should be able to motivate and be confidence-building and coaching for the people you work with. You have an analytical and structured mindset as well as a result and quality-oriented approach to your work. Furthermore, you are a dedicated team player with strong problem solving and leadership skills. You possess excellent English skills both orally and in writing, and you are an experienced user of MS Office applications. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
