Then join our Digital Experiences Team as Experience QA & Delivery Manager Digital experience quality assurance and digital solution delivery The overall mission for this role is, securing that all LEGO Education's digital solutions and solution components meets all guidelines and the high quality standard of LEGO Education and the LEGO Group. In addition, the position is also responsible for our different (internal and external) digital delivery platforms. Some of the key activities in the job will be to: Create and set testing standards, processes and templates. And investigate user testing tools, establish user testing scenarios and cases. Participate as ongoing experience QA in development processes. ensure that our solutions are following the UX and design guidelines and secure an optimal value in the classroom. Drive the daily operations of LEGO Education's digital solution delivery platform LERO. Manage delivery of new releases patches and other digital solution content. And establish guidelines for deliveries on both internal and third party platforms. Collaborate within the LEGO Group on guiding principles around digital deliveries and distribution of applications and content. Structured and systematic QA and delivery professional with hands-on digital experience The right candidate for us has a good understanding of digital experiences and knowledge on how to deliver these through the different relevant channels. In order to succeed, it is also vital that you have strong communication skills and are proactive in building and maintaining god relationships with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers. It is furthermore essential that you: Have 3-5 years of experience within the field of experience QA and digital deliveries (preferably within an international context) Have developed and implemented quality assurance on digital solutions Have an educational background in the field of User Experience Design, Digital Design or the like Speak and write English proficiently.
