Are you a creative storyteller who would like to join our mission of making LEGO® DUPLO one of the preferred play experiences for preschool children and new parents across the globe? Create global campaigns for parents You will join Consumer Marketing Agency which is the LEGO® Group’s in-house and full service ad agency. Here, you work in-depth with our highly prioritised LEGO DUPLO line for preschool children and deliver visual communication and creative ideas that target and engage new parents around the world as well as: Be involved all the way from concept development to launching TV commercials, digital campaigns, packaging and social media content Deliver high quality communication through well-targeted creative ideas Find creative inspiration in target group insights and implement knowledge in creative development Be part of a dynamic LEGO DUPLO team with 12 colleagues (Art Directors, Graphic Designers, Digital Content Specialists, Strategic Planner, Account Manager, Project Manager and Sr. Creative Manager) Everyday creativity During this maternity cover, lasting 12 months, you will be part of a family-owned business that offers a supportive collaborative network and team structure. Creative AD with great understanding for modern media landscape You will be communicating not with the children, but their parents, so all campaigns are developed with respect for young parents’ heavy social media habits. To nurture and facilitate this, you: You have 2+ years of experience in working professionally with communication and creating concepts, preferably gained at an advertising agency Have a degree within graphic design and are up-to-date on how to communicate creatively across all platforms Know In-Design, Photoshop and Illustrator in and out, and it is a great advantage if you are a gifted free-hand sketcher and have experience with 3D software Think in stories and communication before visual look Speak and write English effortlessly Join the global LEGO Family In the LEGO Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you can use your creativity and enjoy a fun working environment across the LEGO Community.
