Are you an experienced senior finance manager and would you like to act as trusted financial business partner for 2 business areas? This position gives you the opportunity to influence the financial aspects of front-end innovation in the top toy brand in the world. Trusted partner to the business and a true team player You will join Innovation & Consumer Marketing Finance - part of PMD Finance - where you join a team of 5 colleagues in Billund and London. Here, you will apply your knowledge and experience in a corporate context and play a vital role in the control and guidance of financial performance results for 2 areas: Future Lab and Inbound Licensing & Entertainment. Working as a strong business partner towards the business owners, you secure financial awareness and transparency and transform data into meaningful basis for decision making. In addition, you will: Deliver monthly financial reporting and estimates as well as yearly financial planning Conduct business case validation, support the business plan setting and ensure that strategic targets are justified in financial performance Investigate the needs of the business, analyse the possibilities/risks and deliver clear recommendations to the management for their decision-making processes Deliver ad-hoc analyses and provide easy-to-understand insights and financial information Be a member of Future Lab's Leadership Team Mutual value creation You will join a family-owned business that is passionate about the impact of play and where personal development and teamwork are cornerstones.
