Create differentiated value proposition You will need to establish close cooperation with our lead customers, discussing and collaborating towards the identification of new value for refrigeration systems through intelligent control algorithms. Your expertise will be required to assess and select the best of emerging technologies such as IoT, data analytics, machine learning and cloud processing while creating compelling and differentiated value propositions for our controllers. Your areas of responsibility will include: •Responsibility for designing and implementing control strategies aiming to increase/create functionality, performance and reliability for refrigeration systems •Responsibility for improving/creating refrigerant injection control algorithms •Technology lead in product development in the area of CO2-systems control •Responsibility for driving new technical features into our products and executing the technical risk-management (DFMEA) •Acting as a technical backend to product support within CO2-pack control supporting our field engineers •Defining and participating in projects in collaboration with Universities and Research Centres Make use of all your technical, theoretical and personal capacity You hold a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in electrical or mechanical engineering with emphasis on control engineering and/or thermodynamics, and you are experienced in developing products and solutions reaching the market. You have a good application understanding of CO2 refrigeration systems – preferably within supermarket systems. You also need: •Proven experience on modelling and simulation of dynamic systems (components level and systems level) •Effective use of relevant simulation environments (eg. Dymola/Modelica, Matlab-Simulink, Maple) designing systems solutions. •Solid thermodynamics background and refrigeration system understanding On a more personal level, you have a strong ability to combine theory and practice, and the capacity to learn and adapt quickly. You have a customer-oriented mindset and are capable of communicating technical matters precise and clear. You have an independent, organised and analytic approach to your work, and you communicate fluently in English.
