Do you have SAP experience and would you like to support procurement processes for one of the strongest brands in the world? Join Finance Processes & Information Finance Processes & Information is part of Corporate Finance. Our responsibilities cover global process accountability for controlling, accounting, indirect procurement and the financial project portfolio. Our main mission is to develop and maintain efficient standardised processes that bridge business needs with IT solutions. You will be based in Billund and join a team of 35 dedicated colleagues. As Finance Process Specialist, you will get an exciting opportunity to become part of a truly global organisation - which will take you traveling for up to 50 days per year. Further, you will become a valued sparring partner to IT and various business units as well as get a broad global network in the organisation by establishing yourself as the natural SAP go-to-person. Maintaining and developing our SAP platform and processes Your main tasks include: Daily support of SAP users and process maintenance. Creating training materials and conducting training of SAP users as a part of the Finance Learning & Training Program. Participation in various projects and serve as a central sparring partner for relevant business areas. Helping developing our global ERP platform and processes considering legal, cultural and market differences. Providing process documentation, improvements and audits as well as testing and implementing new functionalities in our SAP system. Your main challenge will be to prioritise your time and tasks in a fast-paced environment while getting familiar with a complex organisation. Further, you need to be proactive and emphasise your competences to become the natural go-to person for sparring and support. Strong process background and ready for new challenges Your educational background is not important, but we are looking for skills, like: Structured mind-set and ability to plan and prioritise your time and projects. Strong process / LCI mind-set Strong communication and English language skills Multi-cultural experience from working with international colleagues and a dedicated team-player An analytical mind and curiosity and eagerness to develop new skills Have a background in Procurement, Finance or IT At least 3 year SAP-experience in the MM/SRM modules in relation to Procurement processes Experience with supporting SAP e.g. as SAP Super user or consultant Presentation and training experience. Solid LEGO Business knowledge. As a person, you are structured and able to plan and prioritise your time and projects. With your analytical mind-set and proactive approach to work, you maintain a high service level and you thrive helping our internal customers. For the same reason, you have excellent communication skills and can work across borders with international colleagues and you are a dedicated team player, eager to develop new skills as well as help others develop theirs.
