Are you a highly analytical and process driven person with Project Management experience? Are you used to presenting your suggestions to senior leaders? Your specific tasks: We are currently recruiting a Senior Process Manager to be in charge of ensuring the project portfolio processes run seamlessly, so that the right decisions, trade-offs, and leadership discussions can be made in the right forums to achieve the overall strategic goals of The LEGO Group. Key tasks include: Presenting, facilitating and sometimes leading the dialogs in the monthly Portfolio Priority Process Generating materials for monthly and annual process Leading the process of finding the right priorities for project portfolio across The LEGO Group To proactively identify ways to improve these processes and recommend solutions To drive a strong stakeholder engagement with the participants in process Finding ways of making sure that the LEGO project portfolio gets signed off in the most optimal way in the annual process Challenges and Opportunities: The PMO Process & Excellence function is fairly new to The LEGO Group, so in the role as Senior Process Manager you would be a part of the journey to establish the way we work and add value to the business. The successful person would need to be open to change and being flexible during this period of transformation. You will get a lot of exposure to senior leaders in our organisation, across functions, to build trust and having a collaborative approach will be key. The right person will get the chance to make a mark in securing a strong process alignment with the core business processes, and ensuring a coherent execution of programs and projects across The LEGO Group. Do you have what it takes? Project Management experience, preferably from a bigger process driven organisation Process based background, possibly you have been involved in developing, facilitating, preparing or being a participant of an S&OP process or similar Strong analytical skills with the ability to present recommendations based on data in a clear and convincing way Extensive stakeholder management experience, preferably from having collaborated with a vast range of functions in a business, such as IT, Marketing and Operations The ability to cope with change yourself as well as leading others through change Great communicator with the ability to influence the people you meet Structured and meticulous in your way of working University degree Bringing it to Life "You will have golden opportunity to develop new global processes within the LEGO Group!
