Business Unit ALF (Filter) & Secool (Secondary cooling), responsible for the strategy development and implementation, within the areas of Manufacturing, Procurement, Order Execution, Sales & Marketing of the ALF Filters to all customers across all segments in Alfa Laval, both Capital Sales and Parts and Service Sales, in addition to this the Business Unit is also responsible for the sales of Secool GHPE across the PEP organisatio, is looking for a senior project engineer to assiste project managers and drive technical sales support and quote building for ALF Filters. Your main areas of responsibilities will be Responsible for providing world class project documentation Clarification of customer request for engineering within Pressure Vessel Production. Provide quotations, specifications and technical datasheets for delivery of customized solutions Claims investigation and technical after sales support Project Engineer tasks: Project handling of small scale pressure vessel projects, both within EN and ASME standards Execution of tasks and projects according to Alfa Laval values and rules Commercial tasks: Provide quotations to customer specifcation, document in pipline and follow up Drive and provide aftersale support to sales companies and customers Act as backup to DCLund on spare parts handling Drive together with key stakeholders the claims handling process Administrativ tasks: Register spent hours (weekly) Follow-up and reporting of own projects (monthly) Core competences You have a mechanical engineering degree with a minimum 5 year of international experienced working with quote building to customer specfication for engineering standards and codes, combined with experience from after sales support or techncial trouble shooting You will need a solid mechanical understanding with strong commercial skills. You will have to be fluent in written and spoken English. Being able to communicate in Danish and/or Swedish will be an advantage. You should be seen as extrovert with a high drive and tenacity, and a world class team player, with an open and friendly strong character as well as an interest in working across departments and cultures. You will need an excellent sense of structure and the ability to work without the requirement of an A - Z manual. Be self-driven and managed. Finally, it is important to be customer oriented.
