That is why we need you to build up our new Mobile Technology department to support our Mobile Services in creating the link between on-site customer actions and internal NETS initiatives. In our strategy, you become a key player, ensuring a direct customer relation allowing us to be a financial power hub for both the financial sector but also the end consumer Enable customer co-creation You and your team will be responsible creating outstanding mobile services in close collaboration with some of our largest customers and partners. You will be the primary driver in facilitating this, visiting the customers on-site to understand their needs and translating these into a fast track agile delivery model together with management and internal Nets functions. Your role takes a technical scope as you are the connection to our technology department, and as such, you will participate in the entire process from initial concept over mock-up to delivering the end-result Technical profile with solid experience in agile development - You hold a relevant higher technical education providing you with a good technical understanding combined with solid experience with agile development. - You preferably have hands-on experience with mobile app and api development - especially from large enterprise grade systems. - It is an advantage if you have experience in mobile payments and value adding services solutions/platforms as well as with existing Nets services and solutions. - Perhaps you have experience as a team lead or manager - You speak and write English fluently As a person, you know how to drive a start-up and manage it effectively in order for the customer to feel well taken care of and for the organisation to feel informed. Your excellent communication and collaboration skills allow you to work with both customers, partners and the business, and you take a genuine interest in how technology can be used to make a difference.
