Tools Programmer Do you like to build bridges between people and software, by creating tools that improve their daily work and flow? At MovieStarPlanet you will get a unique opportunity to: •Work closely with a team of talented graphic artists to create new possibilities of creating content •Develop your technical skills in a group of over 20 highly skilled software developers About the Job Crafting tools As Graphic Tools Programmer, you will be working with AS3, both for web and AIR, as well as Adobe’s version of JavaScript. You will be working closely with our team of Graphic Artists, building tools to help them improve their workflow and integrating their graphics with our game. The Art is created with Flash Creative Suite. The tools are plugins to Flash CS and standalone ActionScript Tools. Join a strong and complimentary team You will be working closely with both Graphic Artists, and other Programmers. You will have a lot of influence on your own work but also collaborate with the highly skilled colleagues, utilizing strengths and complimenting each other to the fullest. About You You have: •A B.Sc. in Computer Science or similar degree within software development •At least 1 years of development experience •Experience working with AS3 and Flash •Experience working with JavaScript •Experience with other tools languages and Java is a plus •A knack for designing User Interfaces •You are friendly, helpful and work well with people of other disciplines •Your English skills are excellent - verbally and in writing You are a team player and enjoy helping others. You are creative in dealing with challenges, and have a knack for learning to use new tools and technologies. You have a good understanding of the non-technical end user, and drive for simplicity and ease of use. You bring in new competencies, knowledge and experience, and contribute to the growth of our team.
