We are searching for probably one of the most exciting role in our global HR organization, as we are looking for a new Senior Talent Manager to the Talent Function in Carlsberg Group. The Group HR function is embarking on an exciting journey with a new People Agenda, which was launched in 2019. The role will play a pivotal role in ensuring a successful execution.

We believe that we have a talented people organisation and we are looking for a new Senior Talent Manager to leverage and further develop the frameworks to manage our talent pipeline.
Your primary responsibility will be to improve, drive, and govern our Talent & Succession Frameworks globally
In details, key responsibilities in the Talent Management role will be:
- Develop, drive and deploy the Talent Framework globally: We provide a global framework on talent reviews, talent identification and talent development, and you will be further developing this framework in close collaboration with the regional Talent SME’s. It will be your responsibility to drive the talent agenda in terms of stakeholder alignment, communication, process evaluation, continuous improvement and documentation.
- Govern Talent Development offerings: We offer global talent development solutions tailored to the business’ strategy and building individual development paths, These are designed and coordinated by you in close collaboration with the regional Talent SME’s.
- Develop, drive and deploy the Succession Framework globally: We aspire to improving our global succession planning process by creating a more structured and aligned approach across the group. This includes building capability profiles for key positions and identifying relevant development offerings / curricula in this connection. It will be your responsibility to ensure that succession is a value-adding element on our leaders’ agenda. You drive the succession process in terms of stakeholder alignment, communication, process evaluation, continuous improvement and documentation.
We are looking for candidates who have:
- A successful record of accomplishment from a role which includes talent development, talent statistics, and succession planning responsibility in a major international corporation.
- Experience from translating business strategy goals into actual initiatives across a large organization.
- Hands-on experience with operational HR in order to deliver on goals.
- Project Leadership skills and experience
- Experience with SuccessFactors, especially Succession & Talent module
- A demonstrated portfolio of general HR experience/competencies, e.g. HR Business Partner experience
The position will report to the Head of Talent Management and will be part or the global matrix Talent Management function as well.
