Job Description

Can you take our chemical product compliance to the next level and help us to align cross-group priorities and efforts making sure that Danfoss takes leadership within chemical product compliance? Does it motivate you to streamline the value chain through collaboration in cross-organizational teams? Do you see a challenge in proactively meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements? If so, then you could be our new Specialist, Chemical Product Compliance in Danfoss Group Regulatory.
 
Align processes, tools and best practices globally
Danfoss Group Regulatory is a central function set out to act as a skilled, proactive and reliable partner for all Danfoss management, functions and segments in product compliance matters. You will mainly work out of our office in Nordborg reporting to the Senior Director, Head of Group Regulatory.
 
You will become one of our Chemical Compliance Specialists and a member of active work groups aligning competencies, processes, tools and best practices across the Danfoss Group. You will also have a chance of becoming work group leader and develop your project management skills.
 
Other tasks are:

• Subject matter expert within chemical regulations and customer requirements, e.g. within REACH, electronic waste, packaging waste, and conflict materials.      
• Participate in cross-functional teams.
• Training and internal communication.
• Process improvements.
• Work group management. 

Your most prominent job is to transform customer requirements and regulatory developments into business focused advice and assist in aligned execution across Danfoss within product compliance. As such, you will have a unique opportunity to build a wide international network.
 
Skilled Specialist with strong implementation and communication skills
You have a relevant Master’s degree within chemical engineering or science and some experience within product compliance, engineering, product management or quality. You have some experience within projects and processes to ensure pragmatic solutions that incites people to follow.
 
In this position, you must have strong teamwork and communication skills and have the ability to influence and engage with credibility and impact in a diverse and global organization. Your structural mind-set and good IT-skills ensures your motivation and capability to drive or participate in work groups across the organization. You excel in maintaining strong relationships on every level and have profound English skills.
