Join Global Capacity Planning in the LEGO Group Your dynamic department is part of the LEGO Group's Supply Chain Planning and Distribution organization. We are 8 colleagues in the team with the overall purpose to lead and improve a variety of processes within a horizon of 1-10 years. Our main focus is in creating the right capacity foundation and risk management to ensure we can support the future demand requirements of LEGO. This we do together with many stakeholders, and thus communication, collaboration, End 2 End understanding and process excellence is what we strive for. We focus on process leadership, development and optimization, analysis and finally bring forward recommendations for decision making within the global supply chain area. We play a key role in planning the long term horizon in terms of capacity as well as the requirements of our Sales & Operational processes from a planning point of view. Lead the long term capacity planning processes In the role as Sr. Logistics Analyst your focus is on the global long term capacity planning processes (2-10 year horizon) which are conducted to balance the future capacity and supply requirements with future demand requirements. You will have the responsibility to ensure that our long term Capacity planning processes support the future requirements of the LEGO Group Supply Chain by developing and implementing the different strategies. Furthermore it is expected of you to, together with the team, prepare and bring forward clear and relevant business recommendations based on a set of preconditions and analysis as well as ensure that we work in the best possible way with our stakeholders and customers in a simple, coherent and professional way. You focus on how to bring the vision to life and are a key player in identifying the trade-offs and implications in relation to any recommendation made. You will be the team's interface champion by becoming a global long term planning interface across the value chain. You will ensure strong collaboration, accountability and ownership and support transition planning across the LEGO Group's production sites. You will be given the opportunity to bring your process leadership, End 2 End understanding and supply chain expertise into play. The nature of the position will take you travelling around 10 % of your time. You are a proactive, structured and process orientated person with some planning experience You probably have a master's level degree within, or associated with, Supply Chain Management or Logistics. Maybe paired with experience of studying abroad. You have 3-5 years' experience with supply or capacity planning where you have proven your strong analytical, process and leadership skills. Your IT skills are good and you are used to working with Microsoft, Sharepoint and SAP BW. You speak and write English fluently. During your career, you have developed a strong business understanding and knowledge of the entire value chain. You enjoy leading an overall process, which you do in a structured and coordinated fashion. Besides excellent analytical skills, you possess the communication skills to be the interface between many stakeholders. Finally, you are influential, have personal weight and can make recommendations based on your analyses and trade off discussions.
