Purchasing trainee - with potential to develop Trademark Textiles was founded in 2004 with the idea to develop, design and produce private label apparel to Fashion Brands. Our head office is based in Kolding, Southern Denmark. We are currently seeking for an individual male/female that is organized, and flexible - a real team player that has a good personality. This vacant position has the potential to become a purchasing assistant or buyer, after full training has been given by our experienced German team. Working with our German sales and purchasing team, you will be responsible for monitoring the order details and the production flow. That means you will be in daily contact with our Chinese colleagues, together with our German customers. The position includes the following tasks: ? - Placing sample orders as well as inputting production details ? - Use of customers online ordering systems ? - Daily follow up on the production and Critical Path Management ? - Billing and approval of invoices in Navision ? - Freight & Shipment bookings Requirements: ? - Analytical and structured way of thinking and working ? - Good communication skills and team skills ? - Result oriented, independent thinking and independent action ? - Knowledge of Navision would be an advantage ? - Familiar with MS Office ? - Fluent in German and English. Danish skills desirable, but not mandatory ? - Textile basic skills would be an advantage, but not a prerequisite ? - Willingness to travel, when required ? - Enjoy being part of an international culture/environment The ideal candidate is currently living in Denmark or is ready to move to Kolding or its surrounding suburbs.
