Are you a strong creative storyteller? Would you like to work with lots of different exciting tasks, communicate with LEGO® Aficionados of all ages for core LEGO Product lines and be part of Denmark's largest commercial agency? Visual communication that inspire adult fans and children You will be part of a dynamic and creative team working to deliver outstanding communication targeted at both children and adult LEGO Fans. Here, you will work in-depth with various smaller product lines (LEGO Classic, LEGO Creator, LEGO Juniors and LEGO Minifigures). You will be involved all the way from concept development to launching the final graphic execution of packaging and campaign materials, and: Act as a trusted partner to our customers by delivering well-argued creative solutions, including meeting with your customers and being in charge of presenting your solutions Be able to find creative inspiration in target group insights as well as understand critical issues and see opportunities in a holistic context Be consistent, yet innovative in order to evolve and optimise solutions to consistently provide outstanding art direction Make an active contribution to the team and work on all 4 product lines Take responsibility and be proactive within the assigned project Creativity in everything we do You step into a company that is renowned for its collaboration and creativity where your responsibility is to deliver high quality communication through well-targeted creative ideas that engage fans all over the world. You will join the Core LEGO Team of 5 ADs and Graphic Designers working out of Billund, Denmark. Your team is part of our in-house Consumer Marketing Agency with 300 creative professionals that put 90 % of the LEGO Group's global marketing campaign into this world. You will be involved in all media - from film, print, in-store, packaging and online content. A visually talented and creative Art Director who loves to tell stories The challenge is to create international campaigns and use your cross-market experience rather than your local market knowledge and intuition. However, in order to facilitate and deliver fun and creative global campaigns, you: Have 2+ years of experience with communication and creating concepts across platforms from an advertising agency as well as speak and write English effortlessly Know Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator as the back of your hand, and it is a great advantage if you have experience with 3D software and are gifted at free-hand sketching Love the creative idea, have developed a professional eye for art directions and are able to estimate time from brief to final delivery Use your great concept understanding, drive and networking skills to get stakeholders on your side and turn your ideas to concepts Have the ability to critically assess your own work to deliver superb solutions Understand the dynamics and advantages of working in a team and are an empathetic and enthusiastic colleague Join the global LEGO Family In the LEGO Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you can use your creativity and enjoy a fun working environment across the LEGO Community.
